Thursday, June 16th kicks off what is bound to be a spectacular weekend in Foley, Alabama.  Starting at 6:30 pm, the 7th Annual Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival jump-starts its chalked-full weekend event sponsored by the Tanger Outlets.

The event will begin with the Tanger Outlets Kickoff & Glow Party, complete will Hot Air Balloon displays, children’s entertainment and of course, glow-sticks, all taking place at the Outlet Center on Highway 59.
