Point House II is located approximately 8 miles east on Perdido Beach Blvd. on beautiful Romar Beach with a terrific view of Perdido Pass. This 3-bedroom, 2½ bathroom Orange Beach home has a wrap-around deck that provides for a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The ground floor includes an open and spacious living room, a kitchen that is fully-equipped with tiled counter tops and an island, laundry room, dining room, and a half bath. All bedrooms are located on the second floor facing the South with a view of the Pass, and have access to the large deck. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a sofa sleeper and a private bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds, while the third bedroom has one king-size bed and two queen-size beds, with a common area bath.
Note: Point House II requires a 7-night minimum stay from Memorial Day to Labor Day and rents only Saturday to Saturday during this time.
