Dalarna is a renovated Gulf-front beach home located in the new subdivision, Nordic Villas on Romar Beach approximately 4.8 miles east of Highway 59 in Orange Beach.

The personable Swedish charm of this home is perfect for family gatherings! The ground level of Dalarna offers convenient entry to the house from the north side parking area. The foyer is located in the center of this level; from here there is a bedroom to the northwest side with two twin beds and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. To the east of the foyer is another bedroom with a king bed and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. Heading south from the foyer there is a laundry facility on the east side next to the interior steps leading to the upper levels. The common area on this level features a pool table and also allows easy access to the deck and dune walk over from two sliding glass doors. This room also features a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, sink, and counter top appliances. The bedroom located on the southeast side has a king bed and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The southwest bedroom also has a king bed with a private full bath with a tub/shower combination.

Heading up to the main level of Dalarna invites you into the large living area, dining area and spacious galley style kitchen. Any cook will enjoy the convenience of two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a convenient layout including an island with bar seating. With great room appeal, this area can accommodate plenty of seating for everyone. Windows span the entire south side of this space offering wonderful views of sunrises and sunsets from the spacious outside covered deck. A half bath is located on the west side of the kitchen. Behind the half bath is a laundry facility with a full size washer/dryer. The bedroom on the northwest side of this level has a king bed with a private full bath with tub/shower combination. On the northeast side is a bedroom with a king bed and private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The middle bedroom on the north side has two twin beds bed and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination.

Topping off this spectacular home is the third level featuring five bedrooms and a convenient morning kitchen. The two large master suites located on the southeast and southwest side feature private access to the outside gulf front deck. Both bedrooms have king beds and spacious master baths featuring whirlpool tubs to luxuriate in after a day at the beach. Both travertine tiled baths have separate showers, private commode closets, and double vanity sinks. The northwest bedroom has three bunk beds with a private full bath with a tub/shower combination while the northeast bedroom has a king bed and a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The middle bedroom on this north side also has a queen bed with a private full bath with a tub/shower combination. The centrally located morning kitchen offers a small refrigerator, sink, and counter top appliances.

Dalarna has tile and carpet throughout and is non-smoking. The current scheduled sleeping for this home includes 8 kings, 1 queen, 4 twins, 2 double/single bunks, 2 twin bunks, and 1 sleeper sofa.

Group bookings require additional fees.

Note: Dalarna requires a 7-night minimum stay from Memorial Day to Labor Day and rents only Saturday to Saturday during this time.
