For convenience, there is a refrigerator and microwave in this ground level. The bedroom has a king bed while the den offers a sleeper sofa for added guest sleeping. The home's laundry facility is also located on this ground level. The main level opens up into the living area, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen; this space is warmed by hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings. The waterfront master bedroom has a king bed and bath with a separate shower and double vanity. The third level houses the three remaining bedrooms and two baths. The northeast bedroom has a king bed as well as a twin bunk; the private full bath has a tub/shower combination.
