Back inside the living area is incorporated into the dining area and kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Located in the hallway leading to the two guest bedrooms on this level is a set of built in youth bunk beds. The northeast bedroom has a queen bed with private access to the full bath that is also accessed from the hallway. The northwest bedroom also has a queen bed and a private full bath.

The second level of this lovely home features the gulf front master bedroom with access to the private covered deck where one can really hide away. The master bath is handsomely outfitted with a jetted garden tub and spacious walk-in shower; upgraded hardware, travertine tile, and a picture window complete this space. The guest bedroom on this level is perfect for the kids with two bunk beds and a private full bath. The living area does offer a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
