Description:
Skane is a renovated gulf front home located in the new subdivision, Nordic Villas on Romar Beach approximately 4.8 miles east of Highway 59 in Orange Beach. Designed with southern hospitality in mind, this beautiful home is three stories with multiple decks and offers two living areas, two master suites with whirlpool tubs, two laundry facilities along with additional kitchen amenities.



The main entrance steps on the north side of Skane open to the landing between the ground and main living level. Going down from this landing you are invited into the foyer of this ground level. There is a living area on the southeast side of this level that features a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and basic appliances. To accommodate additional guests the living area has a sleeper sofa. Just behind this area off the foyer is a laundry facility with a full size washer/dryer. The southwest bedroom has a king bed with private access to the full bath that has a stand up shower. The northwest bedroom has two bunks; this room shares the common bath by utilizing the hall entrance. This full bath also has a stand up shower.



Taking the stairs to the main level of Skane is the center of this home offering a great room appeal by incorporating the living and dining areas with a spacious kitchen all of which look out toward the Gulf of Mexico. Windows allow natural light through and doors offer access to the outside deck that spans the width of this south side. For convenience, there is a wet bar on the north side of the living area. There are two bedrooms on this level located on the northeast and northwest sides. The northwest bedroom has a king bed with a private full bath with a tub/shower combination while the northeast bedroom has two twins with private access to the common full bath with a tub/shower combination.



This bath is also accessed from the hallway.
The third level of Skane features two spacious gulf front master suites each with king beds; both bedrooms offer private access to the outside balcony. These well appointed rooms are each accompanied by private full baths featuring whirlpool tubs, separate showers and double vanity sinks. The bedroom on the northeast side has a king bed while the northwest side has a king bed. Both bedrooms have private full baths with tub/shower combinations. A small morning kitchen is centrally located on this level as well as an additional laundry facility with a stackable washer/dryer. Skane has tile and carpet throughout and is non-smoking.
