The Viking rests high on the dunes of Romar Beach in the Nordic Villas subdivision and commands presence as if it were a large ship bearing toward the horizon. This established gulf front home with a large open deck has been hosting family reunions for many years and has recently undergone a renovation to include nine bedrooms and eight baths. The main level of the Viking invites family with its great room appeal. Windows that span the living area allow natural light to warm this large space and offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. A spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances is great for preparing meals that can be served buffet or family style on the long dining tables. An additional dining table and bar seating accommodate the home’s occupancy comfortably. Two of the four bedrooms on this level are gulf front and have private deck access. Each has a king bed and private full bath. The remaining bedrooms located on the northeast and northwest side of this level each have a king bed and private full bath. A large laundry facility completes the amenities on the main level. The loft overlooking the living area is the perfect place for retreating and relaxing. This space has two bedrooms each with two twin beds. The central lounging area also has two twin beds. There is a full bath conveniently located on this level. One of the most unique features of the Viking is the spacious ground level with two master suites, a den and a mini-kitchen with a refrigerator and an ice maker. Each master has a king bed, private full bath including tub and separate shower and a walk-out to the partially covered deck. The den is open to the bunk area which is a great children’s retreat and will sleep up to five with a twin/twin bunk and double/single bunk. The den area has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. There is an additional full bath on this level, a third refrigerator and a full laundry.



So, throw out the anchor and come ashore to the Viking where memories are sure to be made.

Note: The Viking requires a 7-night minimum stay from Memorial Day to Labor Day and rents only Saturday to Saturday during this time.
