Tom O'Rorke

Tom has a long acquaintance with Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area real estate dating back to 1979. His experience allows him to provide lesser known details and histories of the unique aspects of the area. He has a proven track record of matching clients with properties for the best fit.

He attended Auburn University and the University of Alabama, earning a BS in Civil Engineering. He served for six years as a U.S. Marine Corps officer and aviator, training at Pensacola and Texas and serving in Asia, Cuba and shipboard. He returned to civilian life in the construction industry which soon led to real estate development and sales.

A licensed real estate broker since 1972, Tom has developed and sold subdivisions, apartments, and commercial property; and developed and sold Sandy Key and Sea Watch condominiums in Perdido Key, FL and The Palms and Palm Harbor in Orange Beach, AL.
