Gulf Shores, AL – February 11, 2013 – Kaiser Realty, Inc. welcomed winter guests to the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area with their annual “Snowbird Expo” on Monday, February 4, 2013. The event centered around welcoming the cherished demographic of northern travelers, whom historically venture to the Gulf Coast region during the winter months. Colloquially referred to as “Snowbirds,” these guests typically stay for multiple months and are an integral part of the yearly tourist industry.
The Expo featured countless area businesses including restaurants, boutiques and entertainment venues displaying samples of their goods, cuisine and even offering fun drawings for Kaiser Realty’s winter guests. Other notable area businesses in attendance were tourism representatives from the sister city of Mobile, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and representatives from local area golf clubs.
The Gulf Shores High School Jazz Band was on hand to serenade the expo participants and guests with renditions of classic tunes perfect for the event. The young ensemble created a lively atmosphere for the event and provided entertainment for expo participants and vendors.
Leonard Kaiser, President of Kaiser Real Estates Sales, Inc. welcomed familiar faces and first time guests to the area, as Kaiser Realty, Inc. by Wyndham Vacation Rentals General Manager, Glen Kaiser, organized raffles and drawings for local area gift certificates. Kaiser Realty was proud to be able to give one lucky winner a $250 Gift Certificate, to be used towards a 2014 winter stay.
After welcoming guests to enjoy Mardi Gras Day parade festivities at the Gulf Shores offices, the next major event on the 2013 Kaiser Realty “Snowbird Calendar” is their annual Tour of Condos, held on February 21. This property focused event invites past, present and future guests to visit some of Kaiser Realty’s exquisite rental properties in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach to help decide where to stay next winter. Participants are encouraged to stop by the units ready for view at specific participating condominium complexes as well as relax with friends and family at Kaiser Realty’s Gulf Shores headquarters to enjoy refreshments and ask any questions regarding their rental properties.
Kaiser Realty wraps up snowbird festivities for the month with their 2nd Annual BINGO Extravaganza held in the Blue Heron Ballroom on the 3rd floor of the Gulf Shores office. Call the local office for details at 968-6868.
