The Avett Brothers Return to The Gulf Coast on March 16th at The Wharf

Following a highly acclaimed performance at the 2011 Hangout Music Fest and huge success with their recent album, “I and Love and You,” The Avett Brothers return to the Gulf Coast on March 16^th at The Wharf Amphitheater.

As the second show of the 2012 Pepsi Concert Series at The Wharf, fans from around the nation will be following this cult “folk” ensemble as they serenade the crowd with their personified lyrics, smooth and heartfelt vocals and one of the most energetic shows you will ever see!

Kaiser Coastal Half-Marathon & 5K Pre-Race Workshop with Olympians

Join in on the fun from 4:30-5:30p.m. on Friday, November 25th, for an awesome afternoon running workshop lead by Olympic medalists Deena Kastor and Johnny Gray.

The workshop is a part of the Kaiser Coastal Half-Marathon & 5K Pre-Race Expo, being held from 2:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. at the Orange Beach Event Center at The Wharf. Gather up all of your running buddies and make sure to check out this once in a lifetime opportunity to get running tips from some of the world’s top athletes!

There is still time to register for the Kaiser Coastal Half-Marathon & 5K! Just stop by the registration area at the Pre-Race Expo, or register the day of the race from 6:30a.m. to 7:30a.m. at the Orange Beach Sportsplex on Saturday, November 26th.
