The condo was well decorated and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days there. Would like you to order better weather for us next time--it was pretty chilly :)

Our trip started off with lots and lots of rain. The first day it stormed mightily most of the day. The view of the ocean with the lightening striking it was spectacular. The condo was stocked with games, books and puzzles, as well as tv, stereo, dvd's etc., so no boredom. After that day, the beach was gorgeous and we had great weather all week. We loved sitting on the balcony and the beautiful swimming pool, too. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do while on vacation. We had 6 people staying and we weren't falling all over each other. The condo is very comfortable and spacious.

We have used Kaiser for years on our condo rentals to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We were really pleased with unit #1001 of the amenities and the decor! This unit\'s owner put a lot of thought into everything. Thanks again to Kaiser for another mini vacation!

We had a great week at Windward Pointe. The location is great, close to restaurants, activities, grocery stores, etc. Our unit was very comfortable, although the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were quite small (but, who goes to the beach to stay in their bedroom, right?). Loved the corner location and the wrap-around balcony. Our unit needed some maintenance and housekeeping - the towel racks were down in both bathrooms. The return air vent was very dirty, and the corners in the shower were dirty also. The window panels in the master bedroom did not work right, would only open part of the way. The main balcony door was very hard to open. There were problems with the elevators in the building until mid-week, then they both seemed to work fine. The kitchen was more than adequate and well-equipped. It was nice to have extra pillows and blankets in the closets. It was a wonderful week for our family's vacation.

the service was good, the condo was above average and very homey. I have stayed there for 3 years in a row now and can't wait till next year. love it, love it, love it !!! what I like least is they need to leave more than 1 roll of toilet paper for a condo of all women for a whole week!!! Im also disappointed that kaiser didn't give us a little cooler this year, really have enjoyed and use all the time ones from the past. go back to giving those out. still can't wait till next year
