My wife and l really enjoyed ourselves and want to do it again soon

We came to Gulf Shores for our 13th anniversary and had no clue where we were staying. After driving around the area, we started calling places. When we spoke with Marcia she was very kind, knowledgeable, understanding and just amazing!! The check in process what very easy our condo was beautiful and the check out process with easy as well. We had a great time!! Thanks!

We recently stayed here and absolutely loved it! Everyone at Kaiser was so nice and helpful. The condo was perfect for us! It was very comfortable and clean... I also loved the decor. A Kaiser agent even came by to make sure the cleaners had done a good job. The master bed and bunk beds were very comfortable. It also has a great view of the ocean (not too high up which I like). We have two small children and even my sister came for a few days and used the sleeper sofa. I highly recommend this unit! It is in a perfect location (even though the beach was a little crowded, but that is to be expected in July). The condo is very close to the beach and the pool was nice. My 2 year old loved the kiddie pool! We had perfect weather and the beach was beautiful. The water was clear and perfect temp by the shore. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I really wish there was a guardrail on the top bunk of the bunk beds. My older son did fall the first night but was not hurt. Thank you for a great stay! (We also took the boys in shore fishing with Capt. Cliff at the Gulf Shores Marina and highly recommend it!)

The couch bedding and bunk beds bedding could have been cleaner.. It rained our entire trip and left a day early so our money was wasted this summer.. Very big bummer that our summer vacation to the beach turned out that way.. We r usually so thrilled w our vacation and with Kaiser reality but not this year..:(
