Tidewater #909 - Orange Beach

We have stayed in Tidewater 3 times now. All was great except this condo. Several things wrong. When we arrived closet doors off the tract. Light on deck out, broken deck furniture, broken recliner, lock on door needed repaired.Kitchen was not supplied very well. However when we called Kaiser they were very quick to come and repair our problem.

I would like to start by saying the service I received from Kaiser was first rate. They were very professional and everything was ready when we arrived. We stayed here the first week of april which was our childrens spring break. Our room was fine but did need some updating. We had 8 people (5 adults and 3 large teenagers) and the room was a little small for that many. We needed to use the sofa sleeper but the mattress on the sleeper was terrible. We ended up using a blow up mattress on top in order to be able to sleep. Also the cook stove was very outdated. It was not level and this made it irritating to use. Overall the room was fine but needs some updating. If you had 6 or 7 it would be fine but 8 was more than enough. The location of the property was great. It was very quiet and close to town which has all kinds of restaurants and entertainment possibilities. The beach there is awesome. Not very crowded. We were able to view dolphins and rays right from shore. One of the only other drawbacks was the indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub is way to small (3) people and the indoor pool is tiny. This was not a big deal for me as I was not interested in using this but for someone with small kids it may be. The outdoor pool area was average. Overall I would rate this property very good. The location makes up for some of the above shortcomings and I would recommend this to others looking to go here. The price was very reasonable for the location and a little updating of the comfort features in the room itself would make this an excellent place to stay.

We had a wonderful time , the condo need some updating the master bed mattress seem to be old, the closet doors were not on track and some places in it were not clean. The staff at your office was wonderful , jennifer was wonderful and thank you for making it easy. I will use u again and will tell everyone about you.
