This is a very nice location with great security and easy access. These condos also have an inside location where you can pull under the building to load and unload when there is bad weather or it is very hot and is close to almost all of the great eating places that we normally visit while at the beach. While the weather did not cooperate, we still had a great time and a great place to stay while at Orange Beach.

As always, beautiful location/views, which is what we come for. Our family had a great time as always. However, had forgotten how small the 1-bedroom unit is, & now that the family has grown up some, it was too small. Barely room to move in the bedroom, tight squeeze in bathroom for 4. Unit needed deep cleaning, doors/facings wiped, rugs cleaned, a few other things. Coffee pot was pitiful(so important) could be replaced for a whole $25. Overall, we come for beach/fun, which we had, would stay at Tidewater again but with fewer people and not this unit.

We had settle for a one bedroom and we wont do that again. we were there for 2 weeks with little storage because doors & drawers were locked and the only bed was awful! We always stay at tidewater and my husband has been staying there for years. Him & I have been coming for 3 years. This is the only time we were not completely satisfied with the facilities.

Service was very good location was good view from balcony was great. The furniture was kind of dirty and the aera rug in the main room was stained and dirty in need of a good cleaning. there were several items that were in need of service or repair and we left a list of these when we left. the thing that was most irritating was the fact that at night when you came back from dinner or whatever you could not see the keypad to open the door!! and also the main bed room was too small for the bed that was in it, no room to get in or out of bed. would be good rental for a single person.

This condo has so much to offer; indoor and outdoor pool, weight room, sauna, beach views and access, elevators, and shops and grocery stores are within walking distance. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the check in process was very easy. And to top it off, my children went "crabbing" in the edge of the water at night and caught crabs, tiny fish, clams, and 3 live sanddollars. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
