Overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the Tidewater Condominiums are located 7.6 miles east of Hwy. 59. These 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units feature fully equipped kitchens, a full size washer and dryer and private balconies for spectacular views of the white sand beaches and beautiful Gulf waters. Guests can enjoy being surrounded by palm trees at the outdoor pool surrounded, an indoor pool with hot tub, the Gulf facing exercise room and relaxing sauna. 3 bedroom corner units have additional balconies overlooking the back bay area. Some 1 bedroom units feature built-in bunk beds. Wireless Internet is also available.
Driving Directions: Approx. 7 miles east of Hwy. 59 on Perdido Beach Blvd.

We love the Location. Booking condo and checking-in and out was very easy. Building was clean and quiet during our visit. Blinds on bedroom window did not provide adequate privacy and let too much light, we covered them with an extra bed sheet. King size bed is too large for size of the bedroom. One person had to climb on the bed to get in or out. Refrigerator sounded like a flock of sparrows whenever it cycled. Patio furniture was quite rusted we had to cover with towel before using the chairs. Cushions on some breakfast table chairs were torn and stained. We were unable to secure/lock the sliding glass patio door.

tidewater is in a very good location. right on the gulf. close to good resturants. the maintenance crew that took care of tidewater was top notch and kept the area spotless. we were close to pensacola and took a trip to the naval museum. i highly recommend it.

When I first started searching, back in February, for a place for my husband and daughter to come for a few days during her spring break, I had a hard time finding something that fit our needs on your web site. I decided to call the 800 number to see if a live person could help me. Jane B was the reservation person I spoke with. She was so helpful. She found me a 1 bedroom condo that was very inexpensive, but was sure to be a good value. She was right! The reports I received from my husband and daughter when they were staying there were very positive. Then on the day they were to arrive (March 23) their plane was extremely delayed so they missed their connecting flight into Mobile. I called to find out what the procedure was for late arrival (after hours). Marsha G was wonderful. She emailed me the form I needed to sign and send back so they could check in late. She also confirmed that she had received the form back and had printed it out. I was very relieved. It turned out they made it there to check in before 8:00 pm by about 10 minutes, but it was good to know if they hadn't it would not have been a problem. Thank you all at Kaiser for making this a stress free few days for my husband and daughter, and also for myself back home.
We are so pleased your husband and daughter had a great trip the the Gulf Coast and you were comfortable back home knowing they were in good hands with us. We hope you can join them on the next trip to our beautiful beaches!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay even though it rained. It was quit and we had a great view. We even got to see a few dauphins playing in the rain. had a great weekend. Thank You!

Excellent place to stay and Gulf Shores Rentals was great w/ help and their stay and play package for free. Great view of the ocean w/ super clean beaches and everything you want w/ in walking distance. There was only 2 down sides to the room. 1. No toilet paper in bathrooms when you got there 2. You had to pay to use the internet service. Being a tourist you need your internet to find everything or look for stuff. Besides that, top notch and we're already saving to come back!

Always pleased with Kaiser. Have used other Kaiser Condos, this more affordable for us and nice. Suggestions for Tidewater #205. Need on premises: at least 4 tissues, kleenex, 2 washing machine detergents, more than l bathsoap and hair dryer.Since most condos have these articles, we did not bring same.
