Overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the Tidewater Condominiums are located 7.6 miles east of Hwy. 59. This 1 bedroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a full size washer and dryer and a private balcony for spectacular views of the white sand beaches and beautiful Gulf waters.
This newly upgraded unit features a new flat screen televisions in both the living area and the bedroom as well as new luxury decor throughout the expanse. New granite countertops and upgraded furnishings in the baths add to the luxury experience in this Gulf front condominium and the appliances in the kitchen have been upgraded as well.
Guests can enjoy being surrounded by palm trees at the outdoor pool surrounded, an indoor pool with hot tub, the Gulf facing exercise room and relaxing sauna. 3 bedroom corner units have additional balconies overlooking the back bay area. Tidewater 203 features a set of built-in bunk beds for additional accomodations. Wireless Internet is also available.

Tidewater#203 is a great condo.We had a wonderful view of the beach.Our kids had a blast playing in the pools.Everyone was ver.y friendly at the condominium .Kaiser Realty is the best Place to find a condo thay will fit your family'sneeds.We will most definitely be renting this condo again.

This is our first time in Orange Beach. We enjoyed the area, expecially walking in the areas of bird sanctuaries. Fort Morgan is nearby and that was worth exploring. The beach is great and not crowded. We met some people at St. Thomas Church nearby and enjoyed the visit. The Tidewater was alright. The security people that work there are really great. It is a nice secure building. The pool area was very nice. The master bedroom in the unit we stayed was a little tight. This unit didn't smell the greatest eitherand am not sure why. The sheets on the beds didn't seem clean. Maybe the machine they used to wash them just didn't do a good job. I had to wash them myself and they were better. Kaiser Realty could have been clearer on checking in at the Tidewater. When I asked where I was suppose to check in they told me right at the Tidewater. I thought it was odd but that is what they told me. That is not the case because you need to drive to their office which is several miles away. It does say that in the fine print of the documents that were emailed. But of course I didn't read that because I thought I just needed to go to the condo. It does say that information can be mailed so you can obtain all of the needed codes for the building before arrival. That option was never explained. My concern is that if we had arrived late we may not of been able to get into the condo that first night. The people at the agency were friendly and helpful but not being advised of the arrival arrangements could have been a real problem.

My wife and I went for our one year Anniversary because we got engaged in Orange Beach. This condo was very nice and the Kaiser employees were very helpful. The beaches are great here and during september there were not a lot of people, so it was a very quiet vacation. I will definately stay with Kaiser agian. Thanks for a great experience!
