Overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the Tidewater Condominiums are located 7.6 miles east of Hwy. 59. These 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units feature fully equipped kitchens, a full size washer and dryer and private balconies for spectacular views of the white sand beaches and beautiful Gulf waters. Guests can enjoy being surrounded by palm trees at the outdoor pool surrounded, an indoor pool with hot tub, the Gulf facing exercise room and relaxing sauna. 3 bedroom corner units have additional balconies overlooking the back bay area. Some 1 bedroom units feature built-in bunk beds. Wireless Internet is also available.
Driving Directions: Approx. 7 miles east of Hwy. 59 on Perdido Beach Blvd.

Unit was clean and well equipped but we underestimated how small it was and how much we prefer a larger unit. Will definitely rent from you again, just not a 1 bedroom. Tidewater is nice, but we certainly preferred the Lighthouse!

We had a great stay in Orange Beach and loved our condo at the Tidewater! We would definitely stay here again. The hospitality of the people in this area is unmatched! There is plenty to do in the area, and the endless beach is awesome!

My husband and I stayed at this condo from December 30th to January 3rd and this condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean when we arrived! It had everything we needed for our stay. However, I recommend bringing extra toilet paper, hand soap, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, towels, and etc. if you are staying for more than a few days. The condo was only supplied with a certain amount of these items. The condo is located right across the hall from the elevators, which can be convenient for not having to load stuff far, but could be an inconvenience to some since the main bedroom’s window is facing the elevators, so you can hear everyone going to and from the elevators, as well as not being able to open your window due to privacy. This, however, did not bother us, but could bother some. The condo had a breathtaking view of the beach and the sound of the waves was relaxing! Kaiser Realty was the best and everyone was so nice and always there when we needed them. We will definitely be using Kaiser Realty and staying in this beautiful condo on our next trip to Orange Beach, AL!! As for the December and January weather, it was a bit chilly and windy. The temperature varied from high 50s to 70s. I highly recommend bringing a light coat. I wore a sweater and it was perfect, however I brought a light jacket when we would spend our days on the beach. On most of our trip it was cloudy and chilly, but we did have one warm day where everyone was wearing shorts and some were even swimming in the ocean. This was the day I wish I had brought some shorts! Next time I will know! :)

As always the beach is nice and the condo was awesome. The dishwasher was a tad difficult to operate. Since this is my first experience renting a condo, I would recommend geting items, like toilet paper and detergent. Only a days worth was in the condo, which is probably the norm. Easy to get to and from the condo to the beach and pool. We certainly return.

I think the reason I booked this trip was because of Tina. Her helph and patience with me was great. I plan to go back to this same resort at the end of July and I will definately use Tina at Kaiser. Thanks again Tina!
