This was a very nice condo, conveniently located on the first floor. It was very clean and came with everything we needed. Would definitely rent it again!

Condo was very nice, with real furniture, not just beach furniture like is usually in the condos. Very neat and clean, and updated. In some condos, the owners don't update as they should, and replace mattresses, and the bed in this unit slept wonderful, which is a biggee for me.

Loved being on the first floor and still having a wonderful view of the gulf. The unit was furnished nicely and was evident the owner takes very good care of this unit. Location was also very good,

The service by Kaiser was very good. The condo was as pictured and very nice. It was in the middle of the action, which has pros and cons. We had instant access to parking on one side and the beach (and the outside pool) on the other. The elevator is across from the entry door and the guest BR has a window right next to one of the entry doors to the building. The ants down there are quick to swarm anything on the balcony and were seen often inside but not to an alarming amount. Everything was in working order and clean. On the high side, it really is right on the beach.
