Love this unit.. we have stayed at the Palms 4 other times and this is best unit we have stayed at yet.

We were hesitant before we arrived and were completely amazed when the trip was over! The condo was so nice and clean. I brought many items I thought I would need for cooking and could have left most of it at home. The kitchen had everything needed to cook any type of meal, right down to any cooking utensil necessary. The patio was were we ate and sat to watch the ocean when we were there. The dolphins gave us a show to enjoy in the mornings! Beds were comfy and bathrooms much larger than expected. Condo right next to elevator and the trash chute. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas provided so we didn't have to pay to rent some. Could not have asked for a better location and ocean view. Loved every minute of the stay. Security people were also very helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. Hope to return in the near future.

We had a great time in this condo, and were especially pleased that it had a well-equipped kitchen, which helped tremendously with preparation of Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately, Thanksgiving dinner also alerted us to a shortcoming of this unit -- hopefully fixed by now as we alerted the rental agent. The dishwasher in the unit was not working properly -- basically useless for doing any cleaning of dishes whatsoever. I suspect that it needs to be replaced. Notwithstanding this problem, we will in all likelihood return.

The unit was quiet and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the chairs on the poarch which are high and enabled us to see over the balcony rail. The design of the units are such that privacy is provided. we would recommend this facility to everyone.

Things were very nice at reservation point and the condo was pretty and comfortable. Only one complaint that would be difficult to control and that was excessive noise coming from condo above us. Sounded like children running from one end to the other and at all hours. Mostly a lot of what sounded like moving of furniture. We thought at one time that the unit was being renovated but I don't think that was it.

Great location in Orange Beach~right on the beach and close to great restaurants~condo was spotless and homey!

We are definitely planning a return trip to Unit 613!! It was one of the best. Loved the large balcony with pub table and chairs so we could have a clear view of the beach! The Palms was convenient to everything, yet not in the middle of all the night life crowd.

For the past five years, we have had the joy of vacationing in this unit. It is the "cherry on the sundae" of our time spent at the Gulf. Each year when we return, we have found the owners have done something to upgrade their Condo and make it more attractive and enjoyable. The Palms is very well maintained and the staff and security are very friendly and professional. I would hightly recommend both this Unit and The Palms to anyone interested in a lovely place to vacation. Also, Kaiser Realty has been most professional in all our dealing during the past several years. They do care about our stay and try to make it the best it can be.
