The Palms Condominiums are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. These 2 or 3 bedroom condominiums feature spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, full size washer and dryer and private balconies. Trips to and from the beach are made simple by the private boardwalks, which provide direct access to the beautiful private beach, where padded lounge chairs and beach umbrellas are waiting for you, available for rent. We will be back in October and,Of course, will rent our same two condos through Kaiser. The service has always been wonderful.

The location was great, on the beach. The only two complaints we had were the beds were small and uncomfortable, and the couch was not comfortable at all.

Our family had a few days open up at the last minute so I called on Tuesday July 26th and was able to book Condo #413 for check in on Wednesday July 27th, so that was great. We arrived at 9:00pm Wednesday evening and did Kaiser night check in. When we arrived at The Palms, we didn't know which building to go into or how the condos were laid out. *1. There wasn't a map of the property with an "X" marks the spot in any of our paperwork. So, it was late and very little parking available and we were pushing two luggage carts back and forth, in and out of the buildings trying to find the right elevator, etc. That was frustrating. Once inside we were pleased with the roominess of the condo. **2. When we pulled open the sofa bed the sheets on it were left from the previous occupant and were dirty and we found a large pocket knife in the bed. We took them off and left them by the washer. *** 3. The sliding door in the living room was broken and wouldn't close all the way--there was at least an inch that stayed open. The vertical blinds were broken in the living room and we couldn't close them for privacy. We called maintenance the next day and they fixed the door so it would close, but they couldn't fix the vertical blinds. The master bedroom also had some of it's vertical blinds on the sliding door broken off and laying on the floor behind the chair in the room. ***4. The comforter in the master bedroom had dirt/spots on it--I'm not sure when it had last been washed. ***5. The ice maker didn't work. The Positives: Easy beach access, great views from the fourth floor, centrally located in Orange Beach with easy access to restaurants, etc., the two beds were comfortable, there was very good storage to place clothes and all other items, the wi-fi worked very well, we used the vacuum often, the ceiling fans were great. Considering we booked this at the last minute, overall, it met our needs and gave the four of us plenty of room to stretch out and relax!
