We really liked the whole experience of selecting a condo through a realtor. Kaiser showed us several places to stay and gave us the rates so we could compare without having to drive around to all the locations and physically check them out. The pictures of the places were shown on a TV and it made it much easier to decide. Tom Birk was very accomodating in helping us make our decisions. We hope to return and expect to use Kaiser as our booking agent. Thanks

The condo has a beautiful view of the beach, which is just feet away, it was clean and very inviting. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. We loved the beach chairs and umbrellas were available every day as well. The only suggestion I would add would be to get a new sofa bed. This one was extremely uncomfortable and we could not use it.
