The Palms Condominiums are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. These 2 or 3 bedroom condominiums feature spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, full size washer and dryer and private balconies. Complex amenities include an indoor heated pool, Gulf front outdoor pool, grilling area, tennis court, fitness room and sauna. Trips to and from the beach are made simple by the private boardwalks, which provide direct access to the beautiful private beach, where padded lounge chairs and beach umbrellas are waiting for you, available for rent. Free Wireless Internet is available in every room for added guest convenience.

We had a wonderful stay at Orange Beach. Everything we need was in our condo. The veiw was great. we would like to stay there again in 2014.

I was a little upset in the beginnig when I made my reservation and then the next day someone from Kaiser called and said the condo they reserved for us would not accomodate us and we had to choose another condo and was going to have to pay more money. I recently had to go on disabiltiy and on a fixed income and just went through a horrible divorce and the news from Kaiser was even more devistating because they said we were going to have to pay more money. In a nice way I tried telling them it was not my mistake that the person booked the reservation incorrectly. But what turned everything around is that Kaiser called the next day and said they had thought about the situation and refunded me back the additional money I had to pay. That indicated to me that they were willing to help me and wanted my business. So everything turned out great. I had a daughter-in-law and 3 grandsons that had never seen the ocean or beach before and the entire trip was worth it all. We all enjoyed the condo at the Palms so much. We thought it was so nice that the owner called to see how things were going. I have stayed in other condos that you never hear anthing from anyone. If we could afford it we would love to make our family vacation an every year event. We are thinking about possibly coming next year in the fall when the prices are lower and it is not as hot.
