The Palms Condominiums are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. These 2 or 3 bedroom condominiums feature spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, full size washer and dryer and private balconies. Complex amenities include an indoor heated pool, Gulf front outdoor pool, grilling area, tennis court, fitness room and sauna. Trips to and from the beach are made simple by the private boardwalks, which provide direct access to the beautiful private beach, where padded lounge chairs and beach umbrellas are waiting for you, available for rent. Free Wireless Internet is available in every room for added guest convenience.

Location was just what we were looking for!! Right on the beach! Kaiser was very easy to work with. From reservation to check in, easy to get answers and help. Great size condo. Plenty of room for our family of four. Complex was clean and had lots to offer. I was even surprised how friendly the staff was and never having to fight for parking. On the down side we left a list of items needing attentionm. The condo had a musty smell, both sliders stuck or didnt work at all, front door was difficult to shut and had to be checked everytime. It is a two bathroom, but not two showers. The guest bath is set up as shower with no working plumbing. Tub was fine. This was difficult with 3 females. All items need attention but did not take away from our experience. An elevator also got shut down during our stay. We would rent again. Will say some of the condo decor not suitable for young children.

Went down for the weekend before Fat Tuesday to watch the parades in Orange Beach. This was a great place to have access to the parades. All the amenities you need are in your condo area. Nicely furnished and clean.

We had a wonderful vacation at Gulf Shores. The Palms Resort had all the amenities we were looking for and the 2 bedroom Condo was vey nice! My two daughters loved the beach and the pool, and had a lot of fun playing with the other children. We will be back soon for another vacation. Sincerely, Jeff,Cindy,Chloe

Condo was very nice - spacious, clean, well-equipped. Had no problems (except a weekend of rain).

We have stayed at The Palms before but through another realty company. A maintenance request was called in and checked but not completed. The 2nd bathroom has no shower available. The toilet in the master bathroom backed up twice but at least did not overflow. We could not watch rented movies in the living room. The remote controls did not match the boxes supplied and the boxes supplied according to maintenance were not correctly operational. Extremely dusty plants and the condo smelled stale and musty upon arrival. I bought a candle to cut the smell. Very courteous staff. Check in and check out was a breeze. No hassle.
