Let's just say that I and my family were very pleased with this condo!! It was 10 of us and the space was excellent. All the amenities, we didn't have to go out and buy anything but groceries. The view was phenomenal. My daughter forgot her wallet in one of the bedrooms. I called the Kaiser and they arranged to have it sent back to us in KY. It also had the money she left inside it. I was very impressed! Not many housekeepers and hotels are that honest. We will definitely be using Kaiser again for the summer! Great job!!!

I was very disappointed at the cleaniness of the condo when I arrived. There was hair in one of the bathrooms, another had a tub that did not drain very well so you were standing in water while you were showering and in the master bathroom, the shower was full of mildew and when the jacuzzi was turned on it spewed out black mold. My grandson was in the tub and had to be immediately taken out. Then my son-in-law rinsed out the tub. When I told the staff about it they just said they were sorry. No action taken. I rent a condo in this area every Labor Day Holiday, this will make me look around to other locations and real estate companies.

Roomy, well-designed 4 bedrooms for 2 families and as stated above...incredible view from Master and Living rooms. Boys loved the bunks, Teenage girl loved having her own double bed and largest master bathroom I have ever seen! A few things needed repairing when we first checked in but one call to Kaiser and a gentleman showed up to fix these things in a matter of minutes (shower door sitting in shower and broken steps on ladder to bunks). These things could have been dangerous to the small kids (ages 4, 7 & 8) or I wouldn't have even called about them. Great pools and quick walk to beach (not a long boardwalk like some other condos). Would rent this unit again-had a blast!

Great value on a 4-bedroom condo conveniently located on Orange Beach. Weather was perfect, and we had a great time. Condo was very comfortable; staff at Kaiser was helpful from the time we made the reservation all the way through to the time we checked out. All requests were handled professionally.
