You don’t have to cook to come and spend your family vacation in The Cook House! Reminiscent of an early century Plantation home with its porch swings and Adirondack chairs, this home is meant for enjoying balmy breezes from the Gulf of Mexico.
This four bedroom, five plus one half bath home is located in Laguna Key Subdivision on Little Lagoon. This gated subdivision offers a boardwalk, Gulf side pavilion, pier on the lagoon, pool and tennis courts. Cook House sits one tier back from the beach and offers a limited view of the Gulf and Little Lagoon. This three level home features open and covered decks meant for relaxation and family gathering.
The main living area of the Cook House is on the second level and consists of the living and dining areas which offer access to a screened in porch, fully equipped kitchen and half bath. One of the home’s master bedrooms is also located on this main level offering a king bed with a private bath featuring a jetted garden tub and separate shower. The first floor houses another master bedroom with a king bed and private full bath as well as two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed; both are accompanied by private full baths. For convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer located in the laundry facility on this level. The third level of the Cook House is a cozy loft retreat offering a bedroom with a queen bed and private full bath with shower only.
So, eat out at one of our many great area restaurants, but enjoy your gulf vacation in The Cook House.

The Cook House and the Laguna Key community in Gulf Shores is a beautiful, peaceful, private and enjoyable vacation destination. I would suggest the following much needed updates to The Cook House: All televisions need to be replaced with newer, modern televisions that include the necessary equipment for gaming devices. None of the Tv's in the Cook House were compatible for gaming. There also needs to be at least a few Dvrs. The Cook House has VHS players. Does anyone watch VHS tapes nowadays? There was nothing "hi speed" about the Wifi. That needs improvement. There should also be a gas grill available for guests. There isn't one at The Cook House. We enjoyed everything else at The Cook House. Plenty of room for multiple families and all in all a beautiful home with plenty of kitchen accessories. With the improvements suggested above, we would happily stay here again.
