Each spacious unit features magnificent views through the floor to ceiling windows and from the large, private balconies. Master bedrooms feature luxurious baths with jetted tubs and separate showers and amazing views overlooking the beach. Guests will love the uniquely designed pool with retractable roof and walls, allowing year-round use, as well as the sauna, fitness room and boardwalk. (7 Night min. stay from May 1st through September 1st)
Note: The Colonnades requires a 7-night minimum stay from May 1-September 1.

only thing would have been great if pool was covered since it rained all weekend...but other than that, great!

Everything went great and the condo exceeded our hopes. Only 2 things that could be improved. With 4 couples (8 adults)it was hard to keep tract of YOUR coffee cup as all cups were the same. Guess no one had hoof and mouth infection. Second, the bedroom just off the entry door and toward the kitchen needed more lights as it was very dark and hard to read at night. Thanks Gary Wirey

As always the Kaiser people were friendly and helpful. We have stayed in this condo before and always request it for our October stay. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We love the view and it close to the Shrimp Festival activities, but not too close. It is perfect for 4 couples who want to get away for a few days and relax. The pool area is nice and always clean and we love the spa. I don't know of anything we didn't like and would recommend this unit to anyone. Sharyn Collier Collierville, Tn

Kaiser Realty did a great job finding a condo that would accommodate six adults without being cramped.The room had plenty of space. It was decorated beautifully. I loved the view. We will definately stay again. Great Job Kaiser Realty!
