In honor of these endangered little characters that are such an important part of our coastal dune ecosystem, this brand new gulf front home’s design was developed under the philosophy that nature and man can live harmoniously!
The Beach Mouse blends a tasteful exterior design with professional landscaping and an outdoor swimming pool to create a beautiful home perfect for any vacation retreat. Located on a large lot of West Beach, the “mouseprint” of this great home offers a rich and warm interior with hand selected furnishings and fixtures. A charming cupola or tower room brings natural light in offering 360 degree water views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon; perfect for an afternoon read or slumber party under the stars. The cushioned bench seating in this space allows for sleeping up to three. Enjoy morning coffee while the sun rises and evening conversation as the sun sets from the covered deck off the main living area.
Inside, this living space is incorporated into the dining area and modern, fully equipped kitchen creating the ideal family gathering place. Both guest bedrooms are located on the north side of this level; the east bedroom has a king bed with a private full bath while the west bedroom has a queen bed with private access to a full bath. The convenient laundry center is located behind the kitchen. The master suite commands solitude and spans the entire south side of the second level offering private access to the covered deck. This room has a king bed and is accompanied by a luxurious bath featuring a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity. There is a sleeping den on the east side with a daybed offering a pull-out twin trundle; this room utilizes a common full bath. The guest bedroom on the northeast side has a king bed with a private full bath while the guest bedroom on the northwest side has a queen bed with private access to the common full bath.

This house was the best one our family has stayed in yet! Great covered porches to enjoy the beach without getting scorched, nice area under house with picnic table for dropping shells, beach toys, shoes, etc. Great tower room where the kids could go play by themselves, comfy furniture in the living room, lovely kitchen, all in all a fantastic house. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor where the living area is, and 4 bedrooms upstairs, plus the tower room that can double as extra sleeping. We had 6 adults and 9 children ages 1-6. Awesome house.

Spring break 2013. 1st time in Gulf Shores. We had 2 families with a total of 8 people staying in the house. The bedroom situation worked perfectly for our needs and the view off the back decks was really pretty. We really liked the beach access and loved the water. Tons of seas shells. We never used the pool at the house.

Beautiful home with nice beach and great pool. 15 in our party (8 adults/7 kids) and plenty of room. House was surface clean (don't look under the beds!) and well furnished. We hope to rent again.

We had a lovely time. The house was so clean, well-kept, and beautiful. We loved it and will be back for sure. The only thing I recommend for Kaiser Realty to do differently or the owner, depending on how the rental system works, is to make the guests feel more welcome and at home by providing more supplies to get started. For example, we had 2 garbage bags, which in a household that holds 5 bedrooms of people lasts less than one day. The same thing goes for the toilet paper (one roll per bathroom?) and dish detergent (2 sample sizes and no dish soap?). In all of my vacation rentals, I've never had to got back to the store so many times just for supplies which I usually am stocked with. For 20 dollars, the house could be stocked better, the guest would feel more at home, and at least two of my shopping trips could have been avoided. That is just some constructive criticism. All in all, the vacation was great. The supplie shortage did not overshadow our trip.
