Enjoyed our stay very much & doing business with Kaiser.

Great house for family or several couples. Three levels of sleeping and living space. Dock and bay excellent fish or go o er to the pass and pull up to the island. You'll forget where you are

We stayed in this house 2 years ago and not much has changed. There was dust all over the kitchen walls and all door frames. There was old food on the floor by the oven. The oven and microwave are so old they barely cook. An egg casserole that was supposed to cook in 30 mins was still runny after 1.5 hours. The tv downstairs had bad cable and about 5 of the 15 channels were so fuzzy you couldn't watch them. The house will sleep 12 but there is only seating in the den for about 4 maybe 5 people...one sofa and 2 chairs. There was only one TV upstairs for 4 bedrooms and it was about a 12 inch screen and didn't work. The kids had nothing to do upstairs. The house was missing 8 light bulbs in lamps etc and they were never replaced even after we called. There was no propane in the grill and we had to go all the way back out of Ono to get gas...then had to leave the tank there for the next person...hope they appreciated that!! The grass...what little there was , was about 1.5 feet tall and full of stickers...same way it was 2 years ago. The kids couldn't play in the yard at all. This could be a great house if the owners would put a little money into updating it..plant some grass...And. ...The housekeeping was a little better. We will not be staying here again...

The Takabreak rental was great. The house was very nice, had lots of dishes and appliances, including small appliances that most rentals do not have. We did have 2 separate issues with the upstairs a/C unit not cooling, but Kaiser was quick to get repairmen on the scene.

The check in service was great. The house was beautiful, It was in a great location. We really enjoyed the ice machine. I liked everything about my experience except for the checkout procedure. There was 3 different check out procedures in the house. One was just as expected take trash out, clean up messes, etc. The other was a very extreme check out procedure, Wash tubs, vacume, wash, dry, fold towels and put them up, Wash bed linens, dry, and remake beds, then it went on to say that if this all could not be done to flip the page over and we could rent our own cleaning service.. I was very disappointed with that. This is a beautiful 5 bedroom house that would have taken all day to clean that way. However, we had to leave a day early due to an emergency. I called Kaiser Realty and explained to them that the dryer was taking forever to dry some of the linens and they said not to worry about it. But I have to say the cleaning process was a bit extreme!!!

We have a large family in a variety of surrounding locations: Mobile, Bay Minette, Pensacola, Enterprise and as far away as Washington,DC. We come and go during the week as schedules allow . . . this home accomodated us all very comfortably. We love the small beach and dock and spent most of our time there. A trip across the highway to the State Park beach takes only a few minutes for the beach hungry and shell seekers. We loved the privacy of Ono Island. Just really had a wonderful week. Thanks for the early pay and access code, solved the problem of getting by the Kaiser office.
