Sunset Bungalow is a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home located approximately 7 miles east of Hwy. 59 on Perdido Beach Blvd. in the Palm Harbor Subdivision. This gated subdivision offers deepwater slips, tennis courts, and swimming pool. There is also a lot for storing a boat trailer and beach access is offered by The Palms Condominiums directly across the street.
This two-level home features a wrap-around deck and has a 2-car garage. The main level of Sunset Bungalow features a kitchen, dining area, and great room with beautiful hardwood floors. In addition, there is also a half bath and laundry facility. The master bedroom is located on the south end of the main level and has a queen-size bed and private full bath. The second level of this home features two bedrooms, each having a queen-size bed while the remaining two bedrooms each have two twin beds. Two full baths are located on the second level.

My family has stayed at 2 of the locations in the Mariner Cr. rental properties. We have found that all the family enjoys whats available here. The pool, fishing off the docks, tennis court and easy access to the beach. This property, Sunset Bungalow, is comfortable and clean. The kids love this home. There is plenty of parking and misc. items for use at the beach. We are coming back this spring, to this home. We are very pleased with how Kaiser C/S folks handled our every need. I hate to say to much for fear of not getting to stay here next year, 2014.

This was a great place to stay for the money and is right on the water. It was clean all bed rooms were big and is a perfect place to brim the family.
