The main floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and a full-size bath. The second floor has three bedrooms and laundry facilities with a full-size washer and dryer. Sundance Duplex offers both covered and open decks along with covered parking.

An adjoining door is also available offering access to the other side of the duplex. The downstairs, north side bedroom has a king-size bed. The upstairs south side bedroom is the master suite with a king-size bed and a private bath, which includes a garden tub. The master bedroom also has a private deck. The upstairs north side bedroom has a king-size bed and an adjoining bath that connects with the hall bedroom. The hall bedroom has two bunk beds.
