The first level of "Sun N Sand" offers a spacious great room. The living area has deck access with steps leading to the glistening white sand and Gulf water. On this level there are two Gulf front master bedrooms each with a king bed and private full bath. There are three guest bedrooms on the north side of the home, two featuring king beds and one with a queen. 

The second level has another spacious living area which opens to the dining room, kitchen and wet bar. The fully equipped kitchen with new modern stainless appliances, beautiful granite bar area and additional seating allow for everyone to be together for meals or enjoying each others company. There are two bedrooms located on this level. The Gulf front master features a king bed with private bath. The guest bedroom on this floor has four sets of bunk beds with a private bath. This floor also features a full laundry and pantry area.

The third level has a Gulf front living sleeping area featuring two sleeper sofas. A morning kitchen is available for additional convenience. The guest bedrooms are on the north side of this floor, one featuring a queen bed and the other a king. One has a private bath and the other a hall bath.

Sun N Sand has a large, Gulf-front, private pool on the west side of the house.
