Summertide is a gulf front home with 8 bedrooms 5 baths on West Beach. A uniquely designed one level home, Summertide features two separate living areas with two fully equipped kitchens and an open deck that wraps around the east side of the property. The layout for this home allows added privacy and is perfect for multiple families.
Both living areas with sofa sleepers for additional sleeping offer good gulf views. The south wing of Summertide has four bedrooms, including the master, with bedding that includes two kings, one queen and two twins. Additionally, there are three full baths; two private and one Hollywood bath shared by the rooms with the queen bed and two twins. The north wing of Summertide also features picture windows along the east side of the property offering views from the living area and kitchen.
There are three bedrooms each with a king bed and two full baths; one private and one shared. The ground level entry opens into a foyer and sleeping area with two bunk beds that are great for children. The covered parking for Summertide is ample.

We rented Summertide for a Family Gatering - 18 people from ages 4mos-90 years. This place was perfect for our group. The divided layout (2 kitchens & living room areas) offered a nice opportunity for some privacy or quiet nap times. The living space on the larger side was big enough for everyone to be together at once for eating and socializing. The private pool and being right on the beach made the place ideal for small children and seniors alike. Only a few steps to everything. And, once you climb the initial set of stairs, everything in on one level. Only a few negatives - the aC was uneven - when set for comfort in the general living area, one bedroom was very cold, the location of one of the bedrooms required people to walk through it to get to the other side of the house and the place showed signs of wear and tear (Broken cabinet door, kitchen drawer off the track, deck flooring was splintered and had some raised nails) The garbage disposal jammed and when we called for service, someone came the next day.

We and the rest of our family had a fantastic time this year. Not only did you provide us with a great place, but you also most likely bribed the weather man to give us excellent weather.

We loved the house, very spacious. One thing we didn't like the hallway through the twin bedroom but I guess there is not much you can do about that. Wish there was a cover over part of the deck but other than that everything was great!

The Summertide house was great. There was plenty of room for all the people for the family reunion under one roof. The rooms are large and well decorated. Having two complete living rooms and two kitchens provided all the cooks in the family space for food preparation. The location of the house to the beach was great. The beach was clean and quiet. Some of the living room furniture may need replacing in the near future.
