We've stayed in the area for many years but this was our first time at Summerchase. It's a nice complex, although beach access is awkward. If you're carrying beach chairs or equipment you must walk through the parking area all away around the building, then past the pools to access the beach boardwalk. That was a pain, but once there the beach was great! The condo is adequate. Kitchen set up is tight, more than one person in the area is hard. The stacked laundry is in the kitchen entry area. Loved being able to be in bed and look out to the water. Jacuzzi tub in master bath was nice, though dated. Having to check in at Gulf Shores is a pain. Miss the old Orange Beach check in!
