Condo was very clean? Furnished with everything we needed, very convenient on the beach, need to update TV in Living Room & add darkening curtains to windows. Sheer does very little in darkening, especially bedrooms. Very nice patio furnishings. Enjoyed our trip very much. Will be returning to alanama Gulf @ will use Kaiser again, as we have doneamy times Not enough comfortable seating especially in living area

We enjoyed our stay at Summer House this year, in spite of unusually cold and rainy weather. Except for one night of high winds coupled with rain which caused some wet carpeting in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, the condo gave us no problems. And Kaiser took care of the wet carpeting immediately, before we were even aware. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. It's time for some redecorating, but certainly there is nothing shabby about the home. We may be back there again next year.
