Driving Directions: Approximately 5 miles east of Hwy 59 (Gulf Shores Pkwy.) on Hwy 182 (Perdido Beach Blvd.) on beach side.

Since I like Summer House so much it is hard for me to find negativity anywhere. However, in updating the condo the owner sadly neglected the bathrooms. Hope they have plans to update them. The kitchen was great with the exception of the refrigerator which needs to be replaced and looked as though it had been spray painted. Still enjoyed my stay, as always, but will be staying in another unit next year.

Outstanding location and facility. The unit was very clean and is much larger than it appears in online images. Our family of four had more than enough room there. The wrap-around deck is huge and provides incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico (you are right over the beach in your deck). The outdoor swimming pools are huge and very clean. The indoor pool is on the other side of the parking lot of the building and is another good sized, very clean pool. Great for taking a break from the sun and/or swimming at night. Kaiser Realty did an outstanding job. Really made everything so easy for us. The only downside to this unit is that the furnishings are a little old and worn down, but who cares?! You don't stay here to sit inside all day!!!
