The condo Summer House 506B was awesome. I have to say one of the better places I have stayed at. Only draw back was the weather was cool and the Indoor Pool and hot tub was very dirty. In fact they closed it down the last 2 days that we were there so we didn't get to use it at all the whole week we were there. If I choose to come back I will most likely make sure it is in dead of summer so the Indoor pool and hot tub will not be needed. Other visitors told me to complain to Kaiser Realty so that they will know I wasn't happy about the indoor pool/hottub. Hopefully they will see this and correct the problem. I give Cleanliness a Poor rating only pertaining to the issue above. Not the Condo at all. Other than that it's an awesome place.

This was the perfect place for my vacation with my kids and granddaughter. We loved the unit, the pool, the workout room, the outside grills, everything.

Comfortable, although the unit is starting to show its age. I had a fine stay and would rent again. The owners need to hire a handyman to spend 2 hours there and tighten screws and faucets and touch up and fix things. Overall no complaints.
