The day we were to move into Summer House, we learned that the indoor pool would be closed for the week. The folks at Kaiser were amazingly accomodating! They moved us to a different property, no questions asked.

Beautiful, well furnished condo. Perfect location in the building - easy access to both steps and elevator. The patio was nicely furnished which is a plus for most units. Kitchen is well stocked; ice machine a bonus. Only disadvantage was a weak to nonexistant Yifi. Despite many phone contacts with the provider, we were unable to get beyond a weak, inconsistent connection.

We enjoyed ourselves 3 yrs ago in this unit and once again we had a great time in Orange Beach. The owner certainly takes pride in his condo. He has updated the living room furniture, colorful and comfortable. The area has added new restaurants and our grandchildren had a blast on the zip lines in Gulf Shores. Love la!

I did notice an improvement in the property and cleaning service since the last time we stayed at this property. Absolutely loved the added attraction of the zip line and also loved, loved Hurricane Grill and Wings, returned 5 times. I think Orange Beach, AL is the best bang for your buck. Lots of great restaurants, family attractions and of course the sugar sand beach.

The minute we walked in the condo it felt like it was designed for us. The decor in each room reflected our personalities. There was plenty of room for the seven of us and the balcony and view was the best! We all wanted to stay longer and plan to have a girl's trip again next year...hopefully in the same condo.

Unit 501A was everything we wanted and more. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets. The appliances were newer models and everything was immaculate. Being a corner unit the view was spectacular. You could see the Gulf from every room.
