This condo is very comfortable. It is a corner unit and can be a bit breezy on the balcony. The location is superb and is close to restaurants, stores, etc. The condo has many upgrades but the TV in the livingroom is old. Easy access to stairway in case you don't want to wait for the elevator.

We enjoyed our stay here. The split bedroom plan worked great since this was a vacation of grandparents with adult children and grandchildren. View from balcony wonderful. Warning for those with small children - the main door into unit has a lever handle that stays locked from the outside but the door can be opened from inside. Our little ones could open the door at any time. We kept our eye out in the daytime but put a piece of furniture in front of the door at night.

Our condo, 406, was the perfect condo. The location at The summer house on romar beach was awesome. We actually had 306, 405, & 406. The view of the gulf and the pool was so pretty. We had more than enough room. The corner room is definately the way to go if you like balconies. We would absolutely book this condo again. You could not stay at a hotel with a view and the space for the price that kaiser reality offered.
