Loved, Loved, Loved this unit! Balcanoy is amazing! Only down side is the lack of hot water. Would definately like to stay here again! Totally took advantage of the indoor pool!

Unit was very nice. Staff was very helpful and professional. We have been long time guest of Summer House for many years and always enjoy our stays. The facilities are nice; but come on, Painting the pool area and other areas on Eastery Sunday weekend??? Please extend our appreciation to the unit 206A Unit.

Our vacation home this year was clean, especially cleaner than year 2009. We have rented this home with Kaiser for 4 years and the furniture condition in the living area has become increasingly dirty and broken-down. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. The box spring, if you can call it that , is completely worn out with the slats exposed and the mattress is heavily worn, hard and lumpy. Shortly after our arrival we reported that 6 lights were out under the kitchen counters. They were not replaced until 3- 4 days before we left. In all other aspects we love the location. The kitchen is very convenient and we especially like the granite countertops. The condition and new renovations in the exercise and pool building are especially nice. The maintenance and upkeep of the buildings is very good. Kaiser works hard at keeping everyone happy and informed about activities and we really appreciate your attention.

We stayed in Summerhouse 206A and of all the places we have rented at the beach, this one is the nicest. The location is wonderful and the amenities are supurb. Kaiser made the check in and check out easy and I will use them the next time we go to the beach.
