Available basketball court, recently resurfaced Omni tennis court and putting green let you keep your skills sharp while on vacation. Spacious meeting facilities are located right across the street.
Driving Directions: Approximately 5 miles east of Hwy 59 (Gulf Shores Pkwy.) on Hwy 182 (Perdido Beach Blvd.) on beach side.

The people at Kaiser were great, very professional. The home was clean and very nice, well decorated. We had an issue with the hot tub, it was not working the entire week we were there. I have Ostioarthritus and one reason we chose summer house was the amenities, the hot tub is good therapy for my joints. We requested several times to maintenance but it was never fixed, someone said it needed a new motor and it was on order??? The location was great, very convenient to shopping, stores, ETC. I loved the view and master Bdrm opening up to beach. I was born and raised in Miami, FL and the beach has always had a special place in my heart. I have taken my children to the beach ever since babies and they are now in their 30'S and they take their families to the beach.

The first unit B we were place in was horrible. I compared this unit to a frat guys unit. I would not rent this unit ever. The unit 1203a we were moved to was very good. I would stay here again. Very well decorated !!!

We like the bright colors of the unit and it is very well equipped in the kitchen. There are some areas that need attention and we have notified the owners of these. We booked for the winter again in 2012 and hope some suggestions have been met. The Kaiser staff is very efficient and we have always felt comfortable dealing with them. Sorry to see Tina leave but Cindy has stepped up and filled her shoes nicely. Connie Carlisle is a great asset to the company.

We have been coming to Orange Beach for 11 years, 6 years in Summer House. We stay 2 1/2 months. Unit 1203A is the best unit we have rented. It was very well equipped, decorated nicely and CLEAN. The employees at Kaiser are great. Connie Carlisle is so accommodating and ready to answer questions should a problem arise. We have been treated very well by all the employees. We'll be back next year.
