Kaiser service as always was great. Took my Grandkids here for fall break. Unit 103a at summer house is nicely furnished. Beds are hard and hot water needs some attention. Couln't get more than one shower without running out of hot water. Location of summer house is great, away from most of the traffic of gulf shores but close to grocery stores and restaurants. Liked the indoor pool and hot tub the best. Also this unit is on the ground floor so you can avoid elevators. This unit is pool side with a large Pation overlooking the beach.

We rented two condos on the ground level next to the pool. Very convenient for the reunion. However, the condo I stayed in (104a) was not well equipped. The cookware in the kitchen was sparse at best. We had to "borrow" from the other condo in order to put together a meal. The bare minimum of towels (bath & kitchen) provided and no place to hang wet ones caused us to have to wash everyday. The noise outside our window from the rolling luggage carts was awful. We were awakened 3 mornings at 5am to rolling luggage carts from people checking out. Not conducive to a restful stay! We may try another place for our next reunion.

Very nice place, just wished it was warmer, we were right on the beach, I bet in the summer it has to be excellent for swimming and sunbathing. Great service from the staff.
