The facilities at Summerhouse are very nice and the room was excellent. The check-in experience was terrible and I was apparently given inaccurate/out of date information about pricing. I was told that the 7th night was free, but that turned out to be wrong because the rates had been increased on paper to make it appear that it was free when the rate I was previously quoted was questioned. We like Summerhouse a lot and presently have plans to stay there again. Kaiser was not good. I tried to pay with my credit card and they would not accept it when it had a large amount available. This could have been disasterous.
