Silver Dunes Duplex is nestled among the sugar white sands of Fort Morgan. Off the beaten path between the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay, the Fort Morgan Peninsula offers privacy, but easy access to area attractions. Situated in the Morgantown Subdivision, this duplex is approximately 15 miles west of Gulf Shores and has access to a swimming pool and tennis courts located within the subdivision. Silver Dunes is also conveniently located to 2 of this area's finest golf courses.

The main floor of this home features the Gulf-side living room and dining room along with the kitchen, laundry room and a full-size bath. The main floor also features a Gulf-side covered deck. The ground level offers covered parking and a separate hot/cold shower. Each side of this duplex offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with bedding to accommodate 12 people per side.

The large master suite is located on the south end of the 2nd floor and features a king-size bed with a private bath.
