Enter Serendipity and be greeted by the warmth of the soft pastel colors throughout enhanced by the natural sunlight streaming through the many windows. The living area on the main level opens up to the second level and is spacious with comfortable seating. The accomplished cook in the family will certainly appreciate the gourmet kitchen complete with a Viking six burner gas cook top plus griddle and double oven. This home is also equipped with two refrigerators and an ice machine located at the wet bar. While preparing meals and visiting with family, enjoy the surround sound stereo system. Serendipity offers multiple electronics throughout. A gulf front bedroom with a king bed and private full bath as well as an additional half bath are also located on this floor. For convenience, there two washers and dryers available in this home. Four bedrooms are located on the second level, two of which have private decks for quiet reprise. The bedding on the second level includes a king bed in each of the two gulf front bedrooms and three double-single bunk beds. There are three full baths on this level as well as the one half bath.
Large carports will ease unloading at the ground level entrance. The extended boardwalk leads to the sparkling white sand and blue/green gulf water and an outside shower is available for rinsing the sand from your toes. Morgantown Subdivision also offers a community pool and tennis courts to enjoy. So bring your attitude with your aptitude for discovering Serendipity as your desirable vacation destination!

Serendipity is a great vacation home that worked well for our family. It is far enough out of Gulf Shores that the beach was very quiet and private, yet close enough to drive into town for dinner each evening or to gather groceries. When we arrived at this rental it was extremely dirty. There was dirt/dust everywhere, the kitchen was filthy, there were bowls with food left in them, the bedding had obviously been used and not changed-- Needless to say, we were very disappointed for the price we paid. We called the realty company and they sent a cleaning team out, so the cleaning was taken care of but at the expense of time during our vacation and the cleaning we had already done. The home's furnishings are nice, but they definitely showed their age. There were tears on some of the upholstered pieces, etc. The space available in this home, and the layout was fantastic for our group. The living space was large enough for all of us and the bedrooms provided enough privacy for adequate down time. The kitchen is nicely equipped with blenders, toasters, an ice machine, and two microwaves, so if you are planning on spending time in the kitchen there should be your necessary items available. There are beach chairs on the porch that we took down to the beach each day-- which was an added bonus. Overall we would definitely consider coming to this home again, but were disappointed with the complete lack of cleanliness on check in. It started off our week on the wrong note.
