Room was great but other guests around our room made it a bad experience. When on vacation we like to sleep in a little later and we woke woke up every morning around 6 am with people dragging the patio furniture around and people stumping when walking above us and we couldnt sit on the balcony from someone smoking.

Stayed here in March and had a fabulous time. Kaiser staff was really helpful. The condo was great. The extra bedroom with the bunkbeds was perfect for our family. We brought our kids friends so each had their own bedroom. Was like a three bedroom for the price of a two bedroom. Being on a lower floor was great too. No long elevator waits and could easily take the stairs. The inside of the condo looked freshly updated and the views were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

FIRST OF ALL, I'D LIKE TO COMPLIMENT THE STAFF AT KAISER FOR THE FAST, EASY AND PLEASANT CHECK IN. THE CONDO WAS WONDERFUL, CONVENIENT TO ALL THE LOCAL SPOTS, AND MOST OF ALL MY KIDS HAD A GREAT TIME. THE HOT TUB WAS HUGE, AND ACCOMODATED ALL THEIR FRIENDS. BEING SO CLOSE TO SEA N SUDS WAS ALSO A PLUS. THE FURNISHINGS WERE BEAUTIFUL, COMFORTABLE AND ALL BRAND NEW. WE TRULY HAD A FABULOUS TIME AND LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING TO THE SAME LOCATION IN THE UPCOMING YEARS.

This is our fourth stay with Kaiser. The service is always first rate and the staff very helpful. We were suprised that this property (Seawind 607) was not prepared to Kaiseer's usual high standards. The condo was dusty, furniture had stains, stored didhes needed a washing (dusty), bed spread in master bedroom was soiled and stained and unwashable (disgusting). That said, we spent a couple hours making it right then got on with enjoying the great view and the nice amenities at the property. We didn't call Kaiser as we know from the past they would have sent someone over to clean. We chose to do it ourselves. Someone from the Kaiser office should definitely inspect this property before another tenenant moves in. We fully intend to use Kaiser for our future Gulf shores stays. We feel the condition of this unit reflects on the housekeeping not the Kaiser rental staff. Respectfully Jim Gallery
