Left my pillows, but maybe they can use them there! The room was wonderful, beach access was perfect, along with the pools. Tempature in room was great...and the maintenance guy even came to check on air, replace filter and make sure we were confortable. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay...was just a weekend get away, but it was awesome!

Everything was great. Only negative was no garbage shuts. We had to take garbage to the dumpster. hard to open door to dumpster and then it was nasty.

The service from Kaiser was great. They gave us a bonus night because it was available a day earlier. The late check-in worked well and was very quick. One suggestion for late check-in is to make sure the after-hours attendant tells the customer to come by the office the next day. We didn't notice the slip of paper with those instructions until 2 days later. The condo was comfortable and provided a relaxing weekend on the beach. The bag of ice in the freezer to get us by until the ice maker caught up was a nice touch. The pools, tennis courts, and exercise room were clean. The unit was clean, but there were a few issues, several of which were related to the age of the unit. 1. The bedroom ceiling was stained with what appears to be smoke. 2. The dishwasher emitted a very strong burning odor (electrical or plastic) during the dry cycle. 3. There were not enough glasses or cups in the kitchen. 4. There was only one roll of toilet tissue and one bar of soap. It would have been nice not to have to purchase these items for a 4-night stay. 5. The elevator floor tiles were broken and dirty.
