The first level features a large living area, dining area and fully equipped, modern kitchen with adjacent half bath. There will be a north side master suite with a private bath featuring a jetted tub and separate shower. The second level will feature a small den/media room perfect for children to watch their favorite movies and game playing. This space will have a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping and will have access to a full bath. On the north side of this space is a guest bedroom that will have private access to the shared bath. Another guest bedroom is located on the south side of the den area and is accompanied by a private full bath. Weliked everything about the s.e.a.monster. we,ve rented it for a couple or three years, and now we are gona need a bigger place not with more beds but with more rooms, because people are growing up and getting married. Help us with this. Margie Shepherd

I was leary of the type of house we would get that would hold 21 people but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It is furnished and decorated very nice. Lots of space, lots of bathrooms, directly on the Gulf of Mexico plus your own pool!!!
