I hade a great time there and the room was very clean. Everything you could need is already there and to me that makes a great place to stay.

Because this relatively small property is to the west, the beach is much less crowded. We were there July 4 and amazed at the packed beaches as we walked east. Plus they have less shoreline east so more folks on less sand! The property was clean, but other reviews are right that it could use some update TLC...new bath cabinets, etc. No major disappointments. One big perk not advertised to us was the covered reserved parking spot. So wonderful to get in a cool car with kids when leaving the property. The owner should advertise that more. It was great! The gulf view is great and we saw dolphins every morning from our balcony. The pool was very clean--I am picky about public pools. Perfect for the kids to swim in the shade after a day at the beach.

We love Gulf Shores and Kaiser Realty. 301 needs some tender loving care. If I were to have had the opportunity to walk through the unit before booking our stay I would have continued to look. After checking in we contacted Kaiser to make them aware of some of the problems and disappointments. As always, a kind and attentive employee responded. We were refunded $125 toward our 7 night stay. We appreciate your accountability and will continue to count on the the Kaiser family for our future stays. Thank you, The Ratliff's

When we first arrived to the condo after a full days drive the lobby gave us our first hint how things would be. Windows and doors were dirty and the elevator had cracked tile. Our condo was livable for 4 days, but had we been staying longer we would have been looking for another location. Most of the furnishings were out of date, but we can live with that. When you opened drawers in the bathroom there was mold and dirt. The patio lounge chair was filthy and there were all types of stickers and remnants of stickers on the patio window. As my daughter said, "We can do this for 3 nights, mom." This is our first trip back to Gulf Shores in 20 years. Although we did enjoy the Shrimp Feast that weekend and the beautiful beach I doubt we ever return.

We enjoyed our stay very much, but I did feel the Condo could use some sprucing up. There were small ants around the sink and the dryer vent was broken. Which I know these are small, simple things, it is the simple things that make life so easy. I'm sure we will be staying with Keiser again!

Weather unusually cold. Our condo #301 needs weather stripping on the door and that would save money for both heating and air conditioning and would more than pay for itself. Table hooked to wall very poor. Not good if you want to seat 4 people. Kaiser again very good employees with a high senceof urgency. Very satisfied with Kaiser people.Patio door apears to be getting very worn. Bathroom door needs cleaning or painting. I tried to clean but wouldn't clean up. New rugs needed in hallway and kitchen. Very dark in bedrooms for reading at night
