Steps lead from all levels to the beach and water’s edge; there is a conveniently located outdoor shower. Open floor plans on both the first and second levels incorporate living and dining areas as well as full kitchens. The first level living area features a wet bar with ice machine. The spacious master bedroom located on the third level is gulf front and has a king bed; the master bath features a garden tub and separate shower. Private access to the balcony is perfect for an afternoon read. Bedding in the second level guest bedrooms include a king, 2 twins, and an additional twin nook. The first level bedding includes a king, double, and a double / single bunk bed. So, pack up the station wagon and head to the land of sand, Sandyland!

Had an absolute great time with friends and family. The grandkids especially loved the pool and being able to just take a few steps to the beach is a bonus! The only concern is that there are some wooden planks that are loose around the pool area. Other than that the house is very well accommodating and we really enjoyed the two kitchens and living areas. Will defintely like to stay here again!

We have been to Gulf Shores before, and this house is fantastic. Well stocked with amenities and perfect beach setting. It is away from the "condo zone" where the beach gets crowded...no problems here! We also saw so many pods of dolphins! The balcony views really helped!! The service was outstanding as the third floor toilet leaked into the second floor!! Service was there right away and friendly. In fact, they had to come back again and were still as courteous. It was a very clean home. It was great having two floors of washers and dryers. We wished though that there was a grill or area to grill. We bought our own cheap one and had to take it out by the beach to cook. Wish they had a cement area to grill out on and provided a grill. The air conditioning worked well, but rarely needed as the breezes this house catches are great! There is even a warning about the way the wind blows through the house with front and back doors open...heed it!! They should put in a new tv on main floor as it is the old tube type and the picture tube is going. There is a slight green tint in lower left corner slowly spreading..but heh, you are here for the beach/sun and not TV! The pool was kept clean, didn't smell like chemicals and was great. No heating, but due to the warm spring the pool temperature was great when the ocean was cold! The second floor kitchen (besides the first floor) was huge and wide open. None of us every bumped into each other and making a smorgasboard for lunches or dinners was a breeze with all the amenities and space you have. The only bad is that the downstairs refridgerator will not get cold until turned up all the way. We found that out right away. But having the ice machine is a big plus!! All the children, grandchildren and the grown ups want to come back to this exact house next year! It was a pleasant experience!!
