We had our original reservation changed close to our travel date so we weren't sure about this condo. We had a beautiful view and balcony from this unit. We really enjoyed this and ocean front was a must. The condition of the unit left a lot to be desired. A lot of rust in the bathroom with a shower head that was like a hose- no adjustment was able to be made. We were concerned about being so high up (12th floor) but this wasn't a problem. There were a lot of little things that needed repair (ex. the bathroom vent was hanging down from the ceiling). The fans were filthy as well as the baseboards. We did enjoy our stay but we have stayed in better condos that cost less.

Overall this condo was average. We got what fit into our budget. I had hoped it would be cleaner. Had to wash all the bedding as soon as we got there in the 2nd bedroom as I didn't want my children sleeping on blood stained linens. I really should have called back to Kaiser and had someone come out but after 12 hours in the car we were anxious to start our vaca. The balcony was great and we were able to have every meal out listening to the waves. We will increase our budget for the next trip.

Everything was extremely satisfying! Check kithchen faucet, it leaks a little.

Overall, we had a nice time. Considering there was a tropical storm, we did get a little time on the beach. We shopped and made the best of it. Our condo was nice, just needed a few updates. We will return to this condo maybe next summer.
